Attenzione: la realizzazione della tavola da surf, con i risultati dipendenti dalla "mano" di chi la shapa e di chi la resina ha avuto un costo di € 190 per i soli materiali, più la spesa del leash ( 25-40 euro) + la spesa dei plug fcs compatibili ( 20 euro ) + le pinne Fcs compatibili ( 40 euro)!

Siamo arrivati quasi alla bella stagione, l'aria si sta scaldando e la tavola è pronta per essere resinata con epoxy. Questa resina va lavorata intorno ai 20 gradi centigradi, per cui a meno che non avessi optato per la lavorazione indoor con ambiente risaldato ed aspirato, va fatto all'aperto anche a causa del fatto che l'epoxy è molto tossica. Qui di seguito i primi tagli dalla forma disegnata in scala 1:1 con cad dal mio designer efede77.

Per il taglio con la sega da legno ho avuto difficoltà, così ho usato una più sottile sega da metallo. Seguire le tracce non è difficile e in ogni caso bisogna tenere presente che è solo un lavoro preliminare quello del taglio dei bordi. Il fine tuning viene ovviamente fatto con la carta vetrata. Per la riduzione dello spessore, ovviamente non si può fare a meno del mitico pialletto elettrico.
